New camera types in v0.69

While experimenting with the best camera view angle for the best gameplay, I could not decide whether I like better the behind and downward, or the sim-like view from behind. 

So I decided to include them all: default view from behind can be changed in options, including retro top-down, and even exotic isometric view!
